Keep Your Clients On Track

Thursday, May 27, 2010

Almost a year ago, I reviewed the goal-tracking program Lifetick. Lifetick makes it easy for you to set goals and achieve them, and now they have a new product, Lifetick Coach, that can help you do the same for your clients.

Lifetick Coach has many of the same features that made the original Lifetick such a powerful app, like SMART goal-setting, reminders and progress reports. However, as the name suggests, this version of the app is aimed at life coaches, managers, sports coaches…basically, anyone whose job is to help other people reach their goals.

Lifetick Coach lets you set up individual Lifetick accounts for your clients, and then lets you monitor their activity.  Use the dashboard to get a birds’ eye view of how each of your clients are doing, then zoom in to check up on them individually.  Use Lifetick to communicate with your clients, sending gentle reminders and encouragement when it looks like they could use a little pick-me-up.

You can also run detailed reports to share with your clients and chart their progress.  It’s easy to see how this functionality would be useful for coaches of all types.  Plans start at $29.99/month, and Lifetick offers a 30-day free trial. Your client’s individual Lifetick accounts are included in the monthly fee.
