Whether you are a freelancer or a small business owner, you need to be able to track the time that you/your employees spend on projects. Even if you bill on a per-project basis instead of hourly, if you don’t keep a minimum hourly rate in mind when you set your prices, it’s all too easy to get suckered in to working for below minimum wage. Tracking your time accurately and consistently is vital if you want to make your minimum hourly targets. Paymo is a time-tracking/invoicing solution that helps you track your hours and invoice for projects accurately. With Paymo, you can track time using an online pop-up timer or a desktop widget, and use your timesheets to automatically create professional invoices.  Paymo also helps you manage projects by setting milestones, creating tasks and tracking whether or not you are on-target to complete the work in the alloted amount of time. The ability to manage projects and track business expenses makes Paymo more than just your average invoicing app, and it syncs with KashFlow and Basecamp in case you need more robust accounting/project management capabilities. That said, I felt that there were a couple of things missing from Paymo. First of all, the invoices are quite plain, and there’s no option to upload your company’s logo. Second, there’s no integration with online payment processing solutions like PayPal and Google Checkout. If most of your clients pay online, that could be a problem (although it’s easily solved by integrating with KashFlow). Update: Apparently, I was wrong- you can upload your company’s logo in the “Company settings” page and they do support Paypal integration. The best part of Paymo is the price- free for freelancers who send 3 invoices or less per month, $9.99 for unlimited invoices, and $3.99 per user/per month for small businesses. What do you think of Paymo?

A couple of things you missed:
    - you can add your company logo to the invoices, the company logo (company settings) is automatically added to invoices
    - Paymo invoices are integrated with PayPal

    • Okay, cool. I’ll update the review accordingly. Thanks!
