Typical analytics programs provide lots of great statistics and details, but what can you do with that information if you don’t know how to interpret it?
Like other analytics tools, Pagealizer analyzes your users’ behavior on your site, tracking how long they stay on each page and how far down the page they scroll. Unlike most analytics tools, however, Pagealizer doesn’t bombard you with data. Instead, it displays simple graphs of site visit length, number of clicks and page scroll length, followed by concrete recommendations about how to improve your page’s conversion rate.
For example, here is a sample recommendation from Pagealizer’s own Pagealizer report:
“A lot of people don’t reach the bottom of the page. Think about dividing your page to several subjects and add link glossary at the top so visitors will quickly know if they are missing important information on the bottom.”
These recommendations are what make Pagealizer stand out from other analytics apps. There’s a lot of information, like traffic sources, that Pagealizer doesn’t provide, but the recommendations it generates are useful and would make it a good companion to a more traditional analytics program like Google Analytics.
Pagealizer is easy to install-just cut and paste some Javascript and you’re good to go. If you only have one page to analyze, you can try out their free plan. Paid plans let you analyze more pages and track more visitors and range from $9.99 per month to $99 per month.
