Comindwork’s online project management software comes with with loads of features and many different options for customization. Whether your team shares an office or is spread across the globe, Comindwork can help ensure everyone stays on the same page.
When you first log in to Comindwork, you are greeted by a Dashboard screen that shows real-time status updates for all of your active projects. You can also see current issues that need to be addressed, upcoming milestones and tasks that need to be completed. All of the information on the Dashboard is customizable-you can drag and drop modules wherever you want on the screen, change the color scheme, and upload your businesses’ logo.
Individual projects are customizable, too-you can choose from a menu of features including wikis, blogs, Gantt charts, to-do lists, milestones and more. You can also upload and store files. Comindwork integrates with Twitter, and there’s an “Emolog” feature that lets you and your employees post updates about your mood.
Pricing options range from $1 per day for small teams to $20 per user per month for the “enterprise plan.” For small teams, that means that Comindwork could be a much more affordable alternative to Basecamp. Also, the lower-level plans are “pay-as-you-go,” so you only pay for days when you actually use Comindwork.
With so much going on, it would be easy for Comindwork’s UI to become impossibly crowded or difficult to navigate. Fortunately, this is not the case-everything is laid out well, and in any event, almost all the pages are customizable. A navigation menu on top of the screen makes it easy to get from the Dashboard to an individual project and back again, as well as making it easy to switch from one project to another.
Because Comindwork offers so many different features and is so easy to customize, it would work well for many different types of projects. About the only thing that I noticed it was missing was a chat/IM feature for real-time communication.

One correction about pricing, the daily plans start from $1 per day for entire team and there is no any limits on a number of users that can use Comindwork. So, it’s only $1 per day.
And what is more important: if you do not use Comindwork during a day – you pay nothing.
