Do you still store your important receipts in a shoebox? Don’t you think it’s time to try a more modern method of organization? Here’s how the service works: set up an account with Shoeboxed, and then send them your receipts. Shoeboxed will scan them and upload them to your Shoeboxed account. They’ll also sort and categorize them for you. From there, you can use Shoeboxed’s online software to manage them or export them to Quicken, Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Excel, Outright.com and Evernote.
Shoeboxed also handles your business cards. Once you mail them in, the Shoeboxed team will enter all of the contact information from the cards into your Shoeboxed account. From there, you can export it to your email provider or to handy web-based programs like LinkedIn and Salesforce.
