The best part about this service? It’s free! At least, the basic plan is. The basic plan lets you create up to 3 forms with a maximum of 10 fields each, and you get up to 100 entries per month. If you need more than that, they have plans designed to fit businesses of all sizes, with monthly fees ranging from $9.95 to $199.95.
